Trial terms
These terms summarise the commercial framework of dotramo's outbound trial. Before starting, both parties will accept the final service contract.
1. Scope and duration
- Duration: 14 calendar days from the kickoff meeting.
- Includes: preparation, launch, outbound execution, reply handling, qualification and final review.
- One agreed offer, one ICP and one target market.
2. Price
- €0 fixed fee.
- €0 initial setup.
- €100 + VAT per qualified meeting actually held.
3. Qualified meeting
A meeting is considered qualified when it simultaneously meets the following criteria:
- The company fits the agreed ICP.
- A decision maker or person with real influence attends.
- There is a reasonable commercial need or interest.
- The meeting actually takes place.
- It was not a pre-existing active opportunity of the client.
- It meets the criteria agreed before the trial started.
4. No-shows and warranties
- Prospect no-shows are not billed.
- No minimum number of meetings or closed sales is guaranteed.
- No lock-in, no automatic renewal.
5. Invoicing and payment
Invoicing will be issued after the trial ends, detailing the qualified meetings held. Payment will be made by bank transfer within 15 days of invoice issuance.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential the information exchanged during the trial.
7. Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, by the corresponding data processing agreement.
8. Cancellation
Either party may cancel the trial before it starts with reasonable notice. Once started, only qualified meetings already held will be invoiced.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, dotramo's liability arising from the trial is limited to the amount actually invoiced under it.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless the law imposes another jurisdiction.
